EIGHT days after a flood that swept through Toowoomba claimed the lives of his partner and 13-year-old son, John Tyson says he is "all cried out".

Three days ago, a stranger turned up on the back porch at the home of John Tyson, who lost his partner, Donna Rice, and their son, Jordan, in the Queensland floods.

Tyson Foods’ CFO John Tyson was arrested on Sunday for public intoxication and for trespassing after he let himself into the wrong house and climbed into a stranger’s bed.
