MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. has selected Memphis as the host city for its 2029 International Conclave.

A sidewalk repair project along a section of Bass Avenue will take nearly two months to complete, Columbia Public Works says.

Starting 7 a.m. Monday, June 30, Reinhardt Construction was set to begin repairs along Bass Avenue near Beta Sigma Psi fraternity at 1302 Bass Ave.
