Neil Lyness was sentenced Wednesday for causing a crash in 2013 that killed a woman and her 12-year-old daughter.

9/30 9am Update: Neil Lyness is due in Va. Beach General District Court, Traffic Division, at 2:00 p.m., according to Macie Pridgen, spokeswoman for the Commonwealth's Attorney office.
