The signage of the Bernie Beck Gate has once again changed as the former name of the Texas Army base was reinstated.

Army personnel began removing "Fort Cavazos" from signage at the massive armored infantry post in Central Texas.

Military officials expect to formally order the return to Confederate base names soon, but with different honorees.
