The order is in honor of William “Tex” Bailey, a 24-year-old Kentucky Fish and Wildlife game warden who suffered a medical emergency during a training exercise in Barren County.

Three Pennsylvania Game Commission wardens recently received commendation awards for their heroic actions during the deadly attack at UPMC Memorial Hospital on Feb. 22, 2025.
