And while the French-Canadian keyboard comes with an accented é, we English speakers are still stuck with our regular old e, making it difficult to differentiate between rose and rosé.
In the meantime, French speakers in the know recommend the French Canadian keyboard, which goes with the QWERTY design while offering for the most part easy accenting and other special actions.
Canadian French. The Québécois dialect is the most common French Canadian accent, with the Acadian, Métis, Newfoundland, and Brayon French dialects spoken to a lesser degree.
