A landmark historic mill building in Manchester city centre that was home to a local printing company for nearly 100 years has been destroyed in a huge fire.

The ordinance — which would add 31 director- and assistant director-level positions to the residency requirement — was introduced by councilwoman Sarah Abubaker and Kenya Gibson in early June.
