The Seattle film festival, now in its 15th year, will highlight film noir from 1948. The festival runs Feb. 10-16 at SIFF Cinema Egyptian.

From Feb. 16-22, the world of cinema returns to black, white and shades of gray as Noir City screens more than a dozen classic film noir features.
