Mississippi State picked up its sixth baseball portal commitment since the hiring of Coach Brian O'Connor in former NC State infielder Ryder Woodson.

James Nunnallee is one of the newest members of the Mississippi State portal class. Also, he is the third Virginia player to commit to Mississippi State and its new head coach Brian O’Connor.
