Black lawmakers and state officials gathered at the Capitol Friday to raise the Juneteenth flag for the fourth time in Wisconsin history.

The Progress Pride Flag was raised over the Wisconsin state capitol Friday to recognize June as Pride Month.

The current capitol building in Madison is the state's fourth or fifth, depending on how you count it. A massive fire destroyed the capitol in 1904.
