A year and a half ago I bought my mom a relatively cheap off-lease Dell Latitude E5440. Decent little machine: i5, 8GB, 7200RPM drive, came with the docking station. More than enough for her needs.

I have a Latitude E5440 (Late 2013 model) with a cracked 1366x768 LCD. Are there any compatibility issues with replacing the lower resolution screen with a 1600x900 panel such as this one?
