Deion Sanders hasn't been able to be in Boulder for quite some time now. It seems as if a return is coming and it will be followed with long awaited answers.

Sanders spent his recovery time at his home in Texas and previously said he would provide an update upon his return to campus at Colorado. When asked about his situation at Big 12 Media Days, he shot down a question from The Athletic's David Ubben.

The video showed Sanders taking a dip into an ice bath, getting some shots up on a basketball court, sitting down after tennis lessons and even referencing a 1.3-mile “run-walk” that he completed with Shelomi. “He did good,” Shelomi said after the run-walk.
