Anti-abortion advocates gathered at the Iowa State Capitol Building Saturday for the annual Iowa March for Life.

It was a standing-room-only crowd at the Veterans Memorial Building in Cedar Rapids as former U.S. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigeg spoke.
