The 100th day of school was celebrated on or around Jan. 21 in Hancock County. Several schools encouraged children to dress as centenarians, wear special t-shirts, or craft posters with 100 items.

The Skyhawks won just four games in an injury-plagued season last winter. They found health and improvement in 2025.
