Neighbors of an incoming subdivision in Harrison County believe the work being done is causing more harm than good.

Maryland filed suit Friday over runoff from a Harford County home construction site, which has caused a "die-off" of grasses in the Gunpowder River.

In November, Ford announced it was scaling back the project's size by 43% and job creation by 32% to 1,700 positions after pausing construction in September during the United Auto Workers strike.
