As part of new school construction projects, Sussex Central, Hodgson and Sussex Tech are getting new athletic venues.

Central High School Stadium, located at 1401 W. Muhammad Ali Blvd., opened in 2001 at a cost of $5.4 million. It will now be known as the Tyrran “Ty” Scroggins Athletic Complex.
