El Rio, a popular queer bar in the Mission, is hosting its 10th annual Fourth of July dance party, which organizers say will be a celebration of queer liberation and resistance, as well as joy. “Queer as Fourth” takes place on El Rio’s patio from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. and is set to feature three DJs playing hip hop, dance and R&B tracks.
