The University of the West of England (UWE Bristol) has a global and inclusive outlook, with approximately 30,000 students and strong industry networks and connections with over 1,000 employers.

New figures from the Higher Education Statistics Agency show some 35,925 students were enrolled at University of the West of England, Bristol in 2023-24 – down from 38,820 the year before.

Lyn Hanning, director of Practice-based Learning in the School of Pharmacy at the University of Bath, said the plan, supported by NHS England, "gives us that opportunity to produce more graduates".
