Five years after Anaiah Walker’s death, her family is marking her 21st birthday with another plea for justice.

The Phoenix Fire Department said the crash happened Saturday afternoon near 35th Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road.

A former Buckeye teacher has been sentenced to 4.5 years in prison after he lured and kidnapped a child last year.
