MS Word allows you to create an event booklet or book that looks both, professional and impressive, using any booklet template you want.

To use a predesigned template, select "Brochures and Booklets" in Word 2010, or "Brochures" in Word 2007, wait for the available templates to appear and select one.

Don’t rely on Word’s preloaded templates–Microsoft’s Office website has over 80 free brochure and booklet templates for both Word and Publisher.

Make your long reports easier to read by using a two-column template to create them.
