The construction of a 50,831 square-foot Child Development Center is underway at Fort Myer, Va., and when completed it will be the largest childcare facility in the Department of Defense.

Bldg. 17, located on the Fort McNair portion of the base, is one of the three oldest Bldgs. on Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall and is slated for a well-deserved renovation this year.
