Bata Group has appointed Panos Mytaros as its new global CEO effective September 15, 2025, replacing Sandeep Kataria. Mytaros has over 30 years in the footwear industry, previously leading ECCO.

The Bata Group today announced the appointment of Panos Mytaros as its new Global Chief Executive Officer, effective 15th September 2025, succeeding Sandeep Kataria, who has led the Group since 2020.
