Yee-Haw started in 2015 has grown into an East Tennessee brewing giant. The brewery opened its Knoxville taproom in 2023 with a giant outdoor patio that has become a hot spot for Volunteers fans.

The partnership designates Yee-Haw as the "Exclusive Craft Beer of the Tennessee Volunteers." The brewing company will release Vol Lager—an officially licensed co-branded craft beer with UT.
