An upgraded official Glastonbury app includes live location sharing and a steps counter for the first time as revellers finalise plans for their arrival at the 900-acre site.

The update adds a new People tab to the Find My Device app, which lists all the people you’re sharing your location with and those who are sharing their location with you.

The difference here is that the live location feature on Samsung Messages seems to be linked to the Samsung Find app and will need a Samsung account to function.

After attempting to move users over to Google Messages, it looks like Samsung may be reviving its Messages app and including a bevvy of new features.
