A federal judge has ordered the unsealing of several court documents in the lawsuit over Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s deportation.

The federal charges are the latest turn in a legal battle over a mistaken deportation that has seen the Trump administration repeatedly resist court orders.

ABC News suspended the network correspondent Terry Moran on Sunday after he wrote on social media that Stephen Miller, the deputy White House chief of staff, was “a man who is richly endowed with the capacity for hatred” and called him “a world-class hater.”

Judge Xinis agreed to grant in part a request from a group of 14 major media outlets and publishers, a major update in the Abrego Garcia case.
