The family of a Virginia man is filing a $5 million lawsuit, claiming his body was infested with maggots during a family viewing at a Chesapeake funeral home.

A private funeral for Rep. Melissa Hortman and her husband Mark Hortman was held Saturday at the Basilica of St. Mary in Minneapolis. The Hortmans were remembered for their leadership and kindness.
