The company that is leading construction of the Mountain Valley Pipeline was charged this week with failing to fix a natural gas leak that caused an explosion of an occupied house in Pennsylvania.

PAWNEE, Ill. (AP) -- An explosion in a natural gas pipeline southeast of Springfield sent a fireball several hundred feet into the air early Sunday, but caused no injuries, authorities said.
