Nancy Zieman, longtime host of Wisconsin Public Television's "Sewing With Nancy," died Tuesday at her home in Beaver Dam after a long battle with cancer. She was 64.

Logan said Zieman was one of his after school teachers. "He always helped me when I got frustrated." School was out for Veterans Day, but Logan wanted to stop by and pay his respects.

Bloomington's Billy Zieman earned his first victory of the season in the 15-lap Pick Your Parts Figure-8 Series feature Saturday night at Irwindale Speedway in front of a near-sellout of about 5,500.
