Pagan Min was the king of Kyrat, the fictional kingdom, based on Nepal, that served as that game's open world. In the original game and in the DLC, Pagan Min is voiced by Troy Baker.

As the name suggests Pagan: Control will be based around Far Cry 4 villain Pagan Min, King of the Kingdom of Kyrat and Dragon Head of the Triad Empire.

After the ending, Far Cry 4 left me thinking. While Pagan Min wasn’t perfect, he was a far better leader who could have led the country to a better future.
