The interim manager of England, Lee Carsley, has confirmed they will not “take a chance” on the fitness of Harry Kane. Carsley has now revealed that Manchester City’s John Stones will lead the team out against Greece in the Nations League on Wednesday.

Due to the injury sustained in the game against Eintracht Frankfurt, Harry Kane has lost his spot in the first eleven. He has also trained individually and hasn’t trained with the team, but the coach Lee Carsley hasn’t ruled out the English Talisman from the fixture.

England captain Harry Kane has been ruled out of starting in Thursday’s Uefa Nations League fixture against Greece after failing to recover from the injury he suffered at the weekend.
