Law enforcement authorities seized encrypted devices from a locked safe in the Brite Divinity School professor’s office, prosecutors said.

Authorities said the federal probe began after TCU's IT staff found pornographic images, with file names such as "infant" and "toddler," on his computer.

The feds say TCU’s IT department found disturbing images on the work computer of Doctor Charles Kilby Bellinger. In a criminal complaint, agents say they found child porn that included pornographic images of toddlers and infants.
