Irish dancers were bundled and many of the younger dancers were too cold to dance at Sunday’s South Side Irish Parade.

The South Side of Chicago will celebrate St. Patrick's Day with the Irish on Parade Sunday morning. The parade steps off at noon from 103rd Street and Western Avenue.

The Big Shoulders Fund, a nonprofit organization that provides support for Catholic schools in Chicago, was the grand marshal this year.

The parade is set to start at East Balbo Drive and South Columbus Drive, near Grant Park and move north on South Columbus Drive past viewing stand in front of the Buckingham Fountain, according to the organizers, and end at South Columbus Drive and East Monroe Street, near Maggie Daley Park.
