A director of U.S. Customs and Border Protection in Detroit has been charged with fraud and lying to federal officials. A federal criminal complaint was unsealed Wednesday against Serina Baker-Hill.

The FBI's Detroit Border Corruption Task Force and CBP-OPR conducted the investigation of Baker-Hill with assistance from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security--Office of Inspector General.
