When officers knocked at the unidentified suspect’s apartment at about 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, the suspect opened the door with a raised handgun, according to the police department.

Philadelphia police are searching for a man believed to be connected to a road rage incident that led to a shooting Monday night in the city's East Parkside neighborhood.

Ricardo Baez, the 35-year-old shot to death in a suspected case of road rage, leaves behind three brothers and two children, a 12-year-old son and an 8-year-old daughter. “Receiving that phone call was the most terrifying moment of my life,” said Ramon Baez, Ricardo’s oldest brother.
