Police said Richard Dabate gave them information that conflicted with data on his wife's Fitbit, which showed she was moving around an hour after the time Dabate said she was shot.

The Connecticut Supreme Court has upheld the murder conviction of Richard Dabate in the killing of his wife in case that was dubbed the "Fitbit murder."

Richard Dabate was convicted in the fatal shooting of his wife, Connie, back in 2015 inside the couple's home in Ellington.
