As travelers adjust to new identification requirements for flying in the U.S., TSA has some advice for fliers who may be confused: Your Costco membership card does not count as a REAL ID.

The TSA advises visiting your state’s driver’s licensing agency website to find out exactly what documentation is required to obtain a REAL ID. To obtain a REAL ID, you must provide your full legal name, date of birth, Social Security number, two documents that prove your address of principal residence, and proof of lawful status.
