Parts of New Jersey are getting pelted by strong thunderstorms with heavy downpours, small hail and gusty winds, prompting the National Weather Service to issue severe thunderstorm warnings and flash flood warnings in several counties Tuesday.

At 5:37 p.m. on Tuesday, the NWS Eureka CA released a flash flood warning in effect until 8:30 p.m. for Trinity County.
