Lawyers for Sean "Diddy" Combs are again asking the judge overseeing his sex trafficking trial to declare a mistrial based on alleged prosecutorial misconduct.

A woman using the pseudonym “Jane” took the stand for a second day of salacious testimony at the end of the fourth week of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ federal criminal trial.

In the sex trafficking trial against Sean “Diddy” Combs, his ex-girlfriend, identified simply as Jane, teared up describing her relationship with the music mogul. Her testimony detailed drug and sex filled hotel nights where she says she felt obligated to have sex with multiple entertainers.
