Press "Windows-R" to open the Run window. Type "msconfig" and press "Enter." Switch to the "Startup" tab. Uncheck the boxes next to any programs you don't want to run when the computer starts.

Click "OK" to apply the changes and close the Startup and Recovery window. Click "OK" to close System Properties. When you restart the computer, you will no longer be in Safe Mode.
