BISMARCK, N.D. (Flag Family Media) - The statewide nonpartisan group Right to Read North Dakota is reacting to the North Dakota Senate’s sustaining of Governor Kelly Armstrong’s veto on Senate Bill 2307.

The bill, which divided Republicans, would have required most libraries to keep material deemed sexually explicit away from minors.

Supporters say the restrictions on cellphone use in schools are aimed at addressing declining test scores and rising mental health issues in children.
