With the Uber and Waymo robotaxi launch next month, users in Austin can sign up now for priority access to the new AVs. On Wednesday, Uber announced the addition of an Interest List on the app.
The company said in a statement that users will "be able to travel across 37 square miles of Austin — from Hyde Park, to Downtown, to Montopolis" — when the Uber-Waymo service launches soon.
