A man who the FBI called the second-in-command of Tren de Aragua has a $3 million reward for information leading to his capture, officials announced in Houston on Tuesday. The agency announced the addition of Giovanni Vicente Mosquera Serrano to the agency's Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list.

Giovanni Vicente Mosquera Serrano, an alleged senior leader of the Venezuelan criminal gang Tren de Aragua has been added to the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Ten Most Wanted list.

The FBI said it has added an alleged senior leader of the Venezuelan criminal gang Tren de Aragua to its Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list, CNN reported Wednesday. Giovanni Vicente Mosquera Serrano, also known as “El Viejo” (The Old Man), is the first member of the transnational gang to be included on the FBI’s top fugitives list.
