The marching band performed on tours in Australia, China, France, Ireland, Japan and Scandinavia. He was also indicted into the Washington Music Educators National Conference Hall of Fame in 2016.

Two years ago, you could see him up front, leading the UW-La Crosse Screaming Eagles Marching Band. Starting this fall, he’ll be leading the 150-member band behind the microphone.
