Primark, a value fashion retailer, is planning grand opening giveaways for its opening at Potomac Mills in Woodbridge.

On the heels of its opening at Tysons Corner Center in Tysons, Virginia last year, Potomac Mills will bring Primark to two stores in the state and 30 stores in the US, across 12 states.
