Anthony Burkhalter, 23, was shot 10 times on Jersey Street last month in retaliation for sexual assaults he allegedly committed in October and November, his attorney said.

Anthony Burkhalter, 23, identified Joel Flowers, 22, as one of two men who shot him on Nov. 28, a prosecutor said at a bail hearing for Flowers today.
