Mannsville, N.Y. — An Oswego County man has finished his bike ride across the country, raising more than $7,000 for Winona State Forest in Jefferson County.

Winona Forest Recreation Association's winter events start on Sunday, Jan. 28, with the Empire State Snowshoe Championship and Stone Wall 5K Walk/Run.
