The Cordish Cos. alongside Major League Baseball’s Texas Rangers have topped out One Rangers Way, a 300-unit luxury project in the Entertainment District of Arlington, Texas.

"Globe Life Field ballpark tours take fans behind the scenes to explore locations like premium venues, unique club spaces, luxury suites, and more," the team said in a news release.

Across the street from Choctaw Stadium, the former Rangers ballpark, a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment with around 800 square feet is expected to cost renters nearly $2,100 a month.

Near Choctaw Stadium, a Texas Rangers-themed luxury apartment community called One Rangers Way is under construction. Down the road, the National Medal of Honor Museum is set to open next year.
