Starbucks is bringing back one of its old initiatives: having baristas write customer names on cups. Not everyone is happy about it though.

The video is short and simple. It opens with a shot of the Starbucks cup that is about a quarter full of a matcha latte drink. But there is also an unidentified black thing in the cup.

Starbucks will replace its plastic cups at select stores in California and several other states after a KCAL News investigation showed that its current plastic cold cups ended up in landfills.
