More than 70 local young performers, ages 9-16, will take audience members on a fairy tale adventure as Stage Left Productions presents “Shrek The Musical No paywalls. No subscriptions.

“Shrek the Musical Jr.” is based on the DreamWorks Animation film and the book by William Steig. It tells the tale of an unlikely hero, Shrek, an ogre who’s a bit grumpy, but lovable.

“Shrek, the Musical Jr.” is now on stage at The Prizery in South Boston. You can catch performances July 19 and 20 at 7 pm. There’s also a show July 21 at 3 pm. Click here to buy tickets.
