GREEN RIVER — In recognition of the 125th anniversary of the Wyoming state seal, a statewide art competition challenged students to create their own seals and write about their significance.

SWEETWATER COUNTY — Sage Elementary School student Eleanor Aanerud won a Secretary’s Choice Award in the Great Seal Contest hosted by the Wyoming Secretary of State’s Office.
